Return Policy

Customers wishing to return an item, must E-MAIL US and provide a detailed explanation of the item(s) wanting to be returned, including the part number(s) and reason(s) for the return request.

Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable

Bolkar Motorlu Araclar ic ve D?s Ticaret  understands that sometimes mistakes are made and you need to return some of your Bolkar parts. We allow returns of some Bolkar parts and accessories, but limitations and exclusions apply. Please see below.

The following items may not be returned for any reason:

Special Order Parts and Accessories

Body panels (Including, but not limited to hoods, fenders, bumpers, grills, screens, etc)

Any Electrical Components

Any Liquid Product (i.e. Motor Oil, Grease, Paint, Cleaners)

Decals or Stickers

Home Maintenance Kits

Manuals - Operator, Technical/Repair, Service, Parts, etc.

Open Seal Kits

Hardware (Including, but not limited to nuts, bolts, screws, caps, springs, washers, connectors, etc.)
